8 things to add to your L&D end-of-year to-do list ✍️ ✅ Ask for learner feedback What did your learners love? What did they… not? Don’t guess–just ask. ✅ Update that learning content If your courses still reference 2020, it’s time for a refresh. ✅ Celebrating learning wins! Big or small, shout it out. Your learners and team deserve it. ✅ Check your learning metrics Did you hit those goals? If not, what’s the plan to crush them next year? ✅ Purge old reports Do you really need that Excel sheet from 2018? (Spoiler: You don’t) ✅ Finish that compliance training You spent all year chasing down employees to complete their training, but is your “Mandatory Coursework” folder calling? Don’t ghost it. ✅ Plan your 2025 learning strategy Don't just focus on vanity metrics. Focus on tying it back to real impact! ✅ Give yourself some credit You’ve done amazing work in 2024. Take a moment to acknowledge that. 😉

Being the self-proclaimed “Quit Queen” hasn’t held me back like everyone said it would - instead, it’s pushed me forward! 👑 My episode of the Leaders in Learning talking about this and so much more for Docebo is officially the most-watched of the series on YouTube! And as if that wasn’t enough, the series has also snagged a CMA Gold Award. Clearly out here making waves - and I couldn’t be more grateful to have shared my story with such an incredible audience. Big thanks to the amazing team behind Leaders in Learning for creating a platform that makes sharing impactful stories so easy (and fun). If you haven’t watched my episode yet, what are you waiting for? Go check it out - it’s worth it, I promise. (Not biased at all. 😉) #leadersinlearning #peopleoperations #hr
