Exciting Opportunity with Restorex! 📢 We're looking to add a Project Associate/Coordinator to our team in London, Woodstock & KWC.! This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 4 years of field experience who are passionate about construction, project management, and driving real results. Responsibilities: ▶️ Contract Administration. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the application of work permits and notice of projects, delivery of requested submittals in accordance with bid documents and specifications, invoicing, and proposal and report development. ▶️ Health and Safety. Liaise with third-party engineers, architects, and other design professionals. Provide, or obtain, technical guidance, support, and leadership to deliver projects that meet project contracts/specifications and are built to a high standard. The candidate must be able to interpret engineered specifications, standards, and drawings and communicate the specified work to tradesmen and sub-contractors. ▶️ Legal Sense. Ability to effectively resolve issues with regulatory, municipal, or other authorities having jurisdiction. The candidate shall have the ability to form and interpret contracts, purchase orders, and other agreements. ▶️ Managerial Leadership. Lead the RX Team to deliver projects that meet or exceed the approved underwriting. Tasks include but are not limited to trade selection and negotiations, budget and schedule tracking, good communications with the Owner, design professionals, and other groups having jurisdiction, problem-solving and operations and material/equipment procurement. The candidate must have the ability to manage projects with concurrent deadlines and strong organizational skills. ▶️ RX Representative.
