About us
For more than a quarter of a century, we have been helping associations, non-profits, and professional services firms rethink the way they use technology and marketing. We looked at the marketing landscape and realized that too many marketing companies only understood one thing – making sales. So they just didn’t “get it” when it comes to organizations and nonprofits that exist to further a greater good. Being passionate about helping our own communities and those around the world, we decided to use our collective experience, expertise, and knowledge to help these unique organizations grow and thrive. Over the past 25 years, we’ve assisted countless schools, charity organizations, industry organizations, professional service firms, non-profits, and educational institutions bring their systems and marketing into the 21st century. It is an honour to serve those who serve others. Built on trust in our abilities and our ethics, our clients have grown accustomed to stellar work, delivered on time and on budget. Our values are transparency, honesty, innovation, and collaboration in all we do.

Facilitating the ideaXchange roundtable titled "Building Timeless Relationships: Member Engagement in 2025" was a rewarding experience. Our esteemed panelists shared invaluable insights on how associations can adapt to the rapidly evolving needs of their members, especially as demographic changes shape expectations. We were honored to welcome our panelists: Nicole Cork – Director of Member Engagement Canadian Marketing Association Shannon Reed, MBA – Senior Director of Engagement ECS - The Electrochemical Society Sandra Caya, SCMP® – Director, Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs Canadian Institute of Actuaries l Institut canadien des actuaires A common theme that emerged was the importance of understanding the question, "What's in it for me?" from our members. We explored strategies to meet the demands of younger generations—particularly Gen Z, who seek personalized and convenient experiences. Interestingly, we learned that traditional methods of outreach, especially emails, remain highly effective for connecting with members. What stood out to me was how all three panelists, coming from diverse backgrounds, brought unique perspectives and strategies to the table. Yet, they all agreed on one crucial point: "Member engagement can mean different things for different people." Thank you to everyone who participated in this impactful discussion as we explore how associations can thrive in 2025 and beyond! #MemberEngagement #AssociationLeadership #108ideaspace #RoundtableDiscussion #InnovationInAssociations #Assnchat #AssnProfs #108ideaxchange

This Human Rights Day: Protecting Our Rights with the Right Technology. Human Rights Day, celebrated on December 10, marks the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in 1948. This important document states that everyone has basic rights, no matter who they are. Today, technology is a powerful tool for promoting human rights. For example, satellite images can show human rights violations happening around the world, such as forced labor camps and atrocities against minorities. However, technology in the wrong hands can harm our rights if not used properly. We must ensure that new technologies respect our privacy and do not discriminate against anyone. As we honor Human Rights Day, let’s commit to using technology for good by supporting ethical practices and ensuring our rights are protected. Let’s work on creating technology that helps us ensure our dignity and rights! #HumanRightsDay #TechnologyForGood #UniversalDeclarationOfHumanRights #DigitalRights #Justice #Dignity #Assnprof #Assnchat #Association
