Hello Simon,

man getrusage documents RUSAGE_THREAD.
However, as far as I can see, this symbol is only available 
if _GNU_SOURCE is defined, but this is not documented.

So either libc-dev or manpages-dev should be fixed to match.

It's the man page that needs a fix. I'll add a note that _GNU_SOURCE is 
required.
