Linux 2.6.24 added an ninth field to the cpu lines of /proc/stat, let's
document them.

Thanks for catching that Samuel.  I've tweaked the text very slightly.
 Also, I notice that there are corresponding changes in
/proc/PID/stat.  I'm writing a combine patch for the two changes, and
I'll send it to Laurent Vivier (who made the code changes) and CC you.
 The fixes should be in upstream 3.01.

PS I see that someone tried to get edits into
Documentation/filesystems/proc.txt, but it looks as though they got
dropped somewhere, since I don't see them in the latest kernel tree:
