Job Title: Maintenance Technician
We are a rapidly growing property management company looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that our tenants are comfortable and happy in their homes.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, and appliances
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
* Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies
* Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on the properties
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition
* Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members
* Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues quickly and accurately
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
