The institute provides a 4-year part-time training to become systemic therapist in collaboration with Thomas More. Every year 30 trainees join (and finish) the training. In addition, IPRR provides a series of shorter courses varying between 1 and 2 years, all in the systemic framework. I'm Chairman of the Board.

Given year-on-year fluctuations in recruitment demand and the specialist knowledge required for niche profiles, the decision was made to maintain a core internal team in combination with an 'elastic' external team: 60% internal, 40% external. Given the size of ING, only the principal interim agencies made the shortlist and one of them was awarded the contract.
