    Talked about the biggest challenges in retail right now and how marketing automation can help you win back consumer attention. I explained how this can be put into practice by sharing a client case study (JBC). The case study focused on a retention lifecycle program supported by a strong RF model and Artificial Intelligence.

    I had the pleasure of being part of a panel for the "CROSS-CHANNEL MARKETING ORCHESTRATION WITH CONTEXTUAL FOLLOW-UP" Ideation Session at the &THEN16 (formerly known as the DMA) event in Los Angeles, which was led by Bernice Grossman, President of DMRS Group Inc.

    As a panel speaker, I was challenged to deliver a program that entailed an offer for consumers to try BRAND-X's products, with a special in-store program for early opt-in consumers. This program had to incorporate channels like…

    I had the pleasure of being part of a panel for the "CROSS-CHANNEL MARKETING ORCHESTRATION WITH CONTEXTUAL FOLLOW-UP" Ideation Session at the &THEN16 (formerly known as the DMA) event in Los Angeles, which was led by Bernice Grossman, President of DMRS Group Inc.

    As a panel speaker, I was challenged to deliver a program that entailed an offer for consumers to try BRAND-X's products, with a special in-store program for early opt-in consumers. This program had to incorporate channels like email, direct mail, SMS, push and more. The goal of the program was to engage with the consumers on the right channel with the right offer, and to deliver a consistent experience across all channels, driving engagement and loyalty.

    By using Selligent's consumer-first relationship management platform called "Engagement Sphere", I was able to demonstrate, during a live platform demo, how a fully functional example of this program would be set up by the marketer. This program entailed: fully personalised and contextual emails, data capture forms, real-time triggers, data manipulation, personalised direct mail and SMS, and much more. The entire program was set up in a single multi-step journey map.
