📢 Thrilled to share that PAVE Europe has published the very first white paper: “Safer, Cleaner, More Equitable: Seizing the Opportunities of Highly Automated Vehicles.” 🚘🌍 Trust is a critical factor in the adoption of any new technology, especially one that is as impactful as automated vehicles. This paper is designed to bridge the gap in knowledge and encourage informed discussions about how AVs can contribute to a safer, cleaner and more equitable future.   This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the current landscape of autonomous mobility, highlighting its potential to enhance safety, reduce emissions, and improve accessibility. It is intended to foster understanding and trust in autonomous vehicle technology and serves as the first in a series of white papers aimed at sparking discussions on the future of mobility.   Recognizing that writing papers alone won't build trust and acceptance in AVs, PAVE Europe and the 'Understanding, Trust, and Acceptance' working group, which is lead by P3 autonomous mobility, have additional initiatives in the pipeline, including university lectures and in-field acceptance studies.
