Why did he leave himself so "exposed" ??? or was it unavoidable? As a Licensed Buyers Agent dealing with similar types of coastal purchases & finding a lot of those clients that want “full discretion”, I am amazed that Mr Albanese & or his buyer's agent did not have a “legal confidentiality clause/document” signed by the vendor & sales agent .. something in place, to “not disclose” that he was the buyer of that house.  Alternatively, if it was bought in a trust structure? would that may have possibly hidden his identity. Whilst I believe personally that our Prime Minister is entitled to a private purchase of property for his own residential use and I do feel most Australians would probably agree ( which ever side of the political fence they sit). He has obviously worked/saved hard over his public career choice and deserves to buy whatever private home he wishes ready for when he does have the time to use it … as also does many other high profile people in the public eye. However, it still poses the question 🙋‍♂️ on why he would have left himself so open to such scrutiny when there "could be" more possible ways to provide a higher level of privacy around the transaction, to at least give him and his family the discretion they would no doubt expect ?? Would love to hear from any other property industry professionals, Solicitors, or Accountants on types of structure / agreements or actions that could be put in place to have avoided this entirely, in the comments section below, I get that "politics stirs the pot", though I am not reaching out for opinions on that, rather on the privacy factors in residential property purchases in this modern day. Ps - Congrats Mr Albanese, I actually grew up on a beach nearby that suburb and you will love it in the summer time! Just make sure you swim between the flags and keep your cool cabana at a safe distance to others 😎 ... Disclaimer: I do however think the beach suburbs in the Newcastle & Port Stephens regions are much better 😁👌

When you shift your focus to creating content specifically for your ideal clients, your business income will soar. 🚀 Right now you’re doing ok in your functional medicine/holistic health business but you want to make more money and attract your ideal clients with more ease. You’re new to marketing online and are still trying to figure out exactly how it works and what strategies to use. There’s so much information out there about how to run a successful business online that you get confused 😵‍💫about what to do. One of the most effective strategies that I use and teach to my clients is to create content speaking to the needs of our ideal clients, rather than just posting anything that comes to mind. 📝 That first requires that you understand who your ideal client is and what problems they’re facing that would cause them to seek out your services in the first place. Maybe your ideal client is a woman over 40 who wants to lose weight without having surgery or taking weight loss drugs. What issues are getting in the way of her losing the weight? Is it hormones, insulin resistance, or perhaps her thyroid? What has she been doing already that isn’t working? Answering these questions and creating content around it is going to attract your ideal client like a moth to a flame. She’ll read your posts and know that you’re talking to her.💡 Another great way to get content ideas is to hang out in groups online where your ideal client hangs out. Facebook is the perfect place to find groups with thousands of your ideal clients. Go in these groups and read the posts to see what they’re talking about in terms of the issues that they’re having that you can help them with. If we use the example I used above of the woman over 40 struggling to lose weight naturally, she may be in groups focused on Mounjar0 and other weight loss medication. She’ll be there even though she may not want to take these drugs because she’s looking for a solution to her problem. Reading posts in these groups will allow you to see concerns she has about going the medication route, the experiences that women like your ideal client are having on the medication, and the fears that may be holding her back. And you’ll be able to take the information that you learned from this and use it to create content that speaks directly to her concerns. Doing this alone can be daunting😵😵, especially when you’re just starting out marketing your business on social media. That’s why I walk my clients through the process and help them not only map out ideas for content and write social media posts but also implement a content marketing strategy that works. 🚀 I do this both in the Prosperous Practitioner and the Quantum Leap Experience.
