Our latest #WorkTrendsIndex is here, and it shows Aussies are world-leaders when it comes to adopting #GenerativeAI.  84% of Australian knowledge workers use #GenAI at work, while the global average sits at 75%. In our latest report, it's clear from the data that enablement's influence is on the rise in APAC - particularly in Australia. Our recent survey of more than 300 Australian business leaders proves the growth of this category: 🔦 3 out of 4 (73%) of Australian respondents use enablement technology at work 📍 86% of Australian users say that the desire for strategic, effective enablement has increased over the last 3 to 5 years While it's often called "sales enablement," this technology serves more than just sales teams. Nearly all (95%) surveyed Australian companies using enablement tech have deployed it across multiple departments, with Marketing as the second-most common department to use enablement tech after Sales. AI isn't another buzzword — it’s driving real change in Aussie businesses today. Orica’s early adoption of generative AI to optimise service management is a perfect example. Some of the early results - after just 2 months - are incredible: 🚀 Increase in deflection rate from 18% to 94% 🚀 Use of their AI-powered virtual agent has doubled, as has the success rate 🚀 Now Assist has also reduced the Mean Time to Resolution for all incidents by 1 day Bradley Hunt, Orica’s Manager of DevOps and Regional Apps, highlighted, "Some areas you see more value, some less... But other areas that we didn’t expect, like summarising live chats, that’s our most used generative AI ‘skill’."
