🎄 As we wrap up another wonderful year, we want to thank you for your continued support. At ZestHR, we believe in making a positive impact not only for our clients and suppliers but also within our community. This holiday season, we’re donating 20 hampers through Give A Feed, each filled with festive food for a family of four on Christmas Day. Packed by volunteers and distributed by Foodbank WA, these hampers will reach those who need it most. We’re also proud to support the Waalitj Foundation. Their efforts to provide education, employment, and business opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities align closely with our values. Together, we hope to contribute to a future filled with opportunity and growth for all. Wishing you a joyous holiday season and a prosperous New Year. Our team will be taking a well-deserved break to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with our loved ones. Wow. Just wow. 12 months ago Alex Taylor and I were finishing up our corporate roles and heading into an anxious break with three part-time team members and a handful of clients. We were excited, scared, anxious and ready to give this everything we've got. Now, as we finish up for the year and prepare for our holiday break, I have found myself reflecting on the year that has been. How it has challenged, surprised, empowered, and changed me as a professional and a person. Starting your own business, with the responsibilities of hiring a team, is big and not for those looking for a cruisey life. But my goodness, I have never felt more free, joyful, brave, or loved my life more. The business has changed and evolved in the last 12 months (let's not think about the old logo!). As has our work with clients as our understanding of our superpowers and how we can best serve has become clearer. The bravery to take this leap came from the most unexpected place. I'd often dreamed of having a business, but it was always "sometime when I am older". Then, the sudden death of my dad brought the preciousness of every day into perspective. I keep a picture of my dad on my desk; he always had his own businesses and blazed his own path, and I often give him updates on how things are going. He would have loved to have seen Zest's journey. So, as we all wind down and enjoy some well-earned respite, dare to dream about the life you want. Because I am starting to believe anything is possible if you're just mad enough to try. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey this year. There are too many amazing people to list, but I am grateful for every one of you. Happy holidays friends ✨✨

✨ We are pleased to share our latest case study, which features one of our favourite projects of 2024: North Metropolitan Health Service’s learning and development operating model review. ✨   Kat and Yasmin from our transformation team spent eight months working with NMHS’s team to understand their current learning and development function and explore future possibilities. They then facilitated an executive co-design process to build an intent for the future of L&D.
