It seems we can expect another round of legislative changes very soon... These changes appear targeted at increasing the powers of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Including raising the maximum financial penalty for providers to $15m if a participant is harmed in their care. And giving the Commission the power to refer providers for criminal prosecution.
