Whether it's manually analysing ticket patterns, assessing customer satisfaction, or evaluating call handling, QA can adapt to suit each organisation's needs. **Last Friday, the SuccessCX team gathered for our all-hands meeting. Huge thanks to Alver Tuazon for enlightening us with his thought provoking presentation on Quality Assurance (QA) in Contact Centres. Organisations often start with the manual triage of tickets, looking for patterns in various enquiry types or starting with customer satisfaction ratings and then working through the conversation threads to gauge some or all of the following: - Did the customer get what they needed? - Were the soft skills, professionalism and general handling of the call in-line with expectations? - Was the process followed correctly? - Was the product knowledge accurate? - Was there any regulatory requirements and if so, were they followed correctly? **For more advanced organisations, the transition from manual spreadsheet scoring to dedicated QA platforms unlocks efficiency gains and improved insights.
