We are thrilled to share a significant achievement in our manufacturing process! We’ve successfully produced our 8th Axle Box for a Cat 777 215T Belly Dumper using our new Submerged Arc Welding machine. This complex part required the application of several different welding processes due to the variety of material grades and cast materials involved.   Our dedicated team on the shop floor has truly risen to the challenge, developing new skills and mastering advanced techniques throughout the process. This is a great example of how we continuously improve and innovate to meet the high standards set by our clients and the industry.   Upon completion, each axle box undergoes rigorous 100% UT and MPI inspected to ensure top-notch quality and reliability. We are proud of the hard work and expertise that went into this project, which will ensure these parts are durable and high-performance for the tough demands of the Cat 777 Belly Dumper. #Australianbuilt #Australianmade #manufacturingexcellence #welding #innovation
