  • Innovation in action! ⚡ We recently partnered with MEVCO Mining Electric Vehicle Company to capture their Brisbane Drive Days at the Norwell Motorplex, showcasing the groundbreaking mine-ready electric Rivian R1T. Our team spends hours in LVs while we’re out filming and photographing on mine sites, so it was a great opportunity to get behind the wheel of this smooth-driving EV, and see how MEVCO are bringing their bold vision for mining innovation to life. We also enjoying trialing our new FPV drone system to capture some fast-paced, dynamic footage. A huge thank-you to the MEVCO team for trusting us to tell their story. Partnerships like these allow us to push creative boundaries and deliver high-impact storytelling videos tailored to the Australian mining industry. Check out the video to see how MEVCO is driving change – and let us know if we can help tell your story next. Learn more: puregoldfilms.com.au #mining #technology #EV #MEVCO #puregoldfilms

  • #highlights | As 2024 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all our clients for trusting us with showcasing all your stories, projects and people this year. It's been a year filled with creative content, showcasing Australia’s industry legends, and of course lots of dirt! And we couldn't be prouder of the results. From the depths of mining pits to the heights of construction, and across rail, transport, and technology, we've had the opportunity to capture and share the unique stories of our clients throughout Australia. 🌟 Some highlights have included capturing Australia’s first electric mining excavator, producing people-focused recruitment campaigns, and even flying our drones over iconic construction projects. It’s been another year of pushing boundaries and telling stories from the industry that matter. 📸 Here’s a look back at a few of our highlights - a snapshot of the projects and moments that defined 2024 for Pure Gold Films. Which one’s your favourite? A huge thank you to our clients and everyone we’ve worked with this year. Your collaboration and trust make it all possible, and we’re excited to see what 2025 has in store! 🎯 My 7 predictions for b2b communications and marketing content for Australian industry in 2025: 1. As the volume of b2b communications keeps growing, creativity and quality in video content will be the key to cutting through the noise. 2. Companies will increasingly create more content in-house, but many will struggle to execute it effectively or achieve meaningful cut-through. 3. Companies that post content without a clear strategy will find it difficult to achieve tangible business results, like increased sales, project wins, or stronger brand positioning. 4. There will be a need to balance short, reel-style social content with polished, high-quality video productions to stand out. 5. Some companies will experiment with AI-generated imagery, but it won’t be received well. Why? Audiences across the industry value authentic, industry-specific content, and AI-generated visuals, especially for industrial settings, still come across as low-quality, glitchy and inauthentic. 6. Businesses that consistently post quality content, tailored to what their target audience decision-makers actually care about, will see gains in brand reputation and positioning. 7. Content will need to be more relevant and purpose-driven, aligned with specific business goals rather than broad, generalised messaging. These are my thoughts, but what do you think? Let me know if you agree or is there something you’d add to the list? #marketing #communications #contentmarketing #brand #socialmedia #puregoldfilms

  • Summer is here, and the beach is calling! 🌊🦈 This time last year, we were on location capturing this compelling case study for DJI Enterprise, showcasing how their innovative drone technology is used for shark monitoring and swimmer safety across Australia’s iconic beaches. In partnership with Surf Life Saving Queensland, DJI Enterprise is revolutionising beach safety, and we had the privilege of telling SLSQ's story through this high-impact video that engages both the industry and the general public. Producing a case study like this takes detailed planning, creative storytelling, and technical expertise – from coordinating aerial shots to ensuring every moment aligns with the message. It’s a challenge we thrive on, and the result is a dynamic piece of content that speaks volumes about SLSQ's dedication and DJI’s cutting-edge technology. If your business has a story worth sharing, we’d love to help you tell it. Case studies like this don’t just inform – they inspire. • Great to be attending the Queensland Resources Council Annual Forum today, and we're proud to be sponsoring the Forum event. Last year the mining and resources industry contributed $120.2 Billion to Queensland, and supported over half a million jobs throughout the state. The industry needs to continue articulating the value that it’s delivering to QLD and our way of life, and to help increase the visibility of the positive impacts the industry has on the state. There’s so many great stories to tell here. At Pure Gold Films, we love being able to help communicate these stories through the videos we produce for our clients in the industry. #mining #resources #qld #puregoldfilms

  • Behind every rig is a team of legends 👷♂️👷♀️ Following on from the drill rig video we posted last week, we’re excited to share this short teaser showcasing the Epiroc team in action at their dedicated Service Centre in Kalgoorlie. Beyond the cutting-edge machinery, it's the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of the people that keep the wheels (and drills) turning. A big shoutout to the Epiroc crew for welcoming us on-site and giving us the opportunity to capture their hard work and talent. It’s always inspiring to see the commitment and skill that goes into every project, and we’re proud to help share that story. Thank you Epiroc for trusting us to showcase not just your equipment, but the great people behind it. 🎥💪 –– If you need authentic, industry-specific visuals, feel free to reach out and send us a DM, we’re always keen to help. ➡️ puregoldfilms.com.au #mining #marketing #contentmarketing #puregoldfilms

Power in the Pit. The Epiroc SmartROC T45 is a true powerhouse, engineered for hard rock conditions. Recently, my team and I had the opportunity to capture this impressive drill rig in action at a gold mine near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Epiroc was looking to showcase their equipment and people against the Australian landscape, and engaged Pure Gold Films help bring that vision to life. With years of experience filming mining machinery, we know how to capture these machines in their best light. This footage is part of Epiroc’s recruitment efforts and will contribute to their growing content library of Australian-based videos for marketing and communications purposes. If you need authentic, industry-specific visuals, feel free to reach out or send me a DM, I'm always keen to help. ➡️ puregoldfilms.com.au #mining #marketing #contentmarketing #puregoldfilms
