  • As 2024 draws to a close, we find ourselves celebrating a truly remarkable milestone: 4 million check-ins. That’s 4 million moments where young people have been heard, their voices acknowledged, and their wellbeing prioritised. This achievement is not just a number; it represents countless individual stories of proactive student voice, resilience, and the power of checking-in. At its core, student voice is about creating opportunities for young people to express their thoughts, feelings, and needs in a way that feels authentic and meaningful. These check-ins highlight the growing recognition of how essential it is to empower young people—not just academically but emotionally and socially. Each of these 4 million interactions is a reminder of what’s possible when we commit to supporting the whole student and on a whole-school scale. By giving young people a platform to communicate their emotions, we are fostering environments where wellbeing is valued and where each individual is given the opportunity to practice emotional literacy, emotional intelligence and regulation daily. The ripple effects of these check-ins extend far beyond individual students. They help schools build a culture of care, provide data-driven insights for educators to respond proactively, and inspire communities to rethink how they approach wellbeing. Schools are empowered to adopt a whole-school approach by harnessing actionable wellbeing data, ensuring that every young person’s needs are identified and addressed systematically. Together, we are shaping a future where listening to young people is not an add-on but a fundamental part of education, driving meaningful change at every level of the school community. To put the incredible achievement of 4 million student check-ins into perspective, let’s imagine the scale of what 4 million people would look like: Accor Stadium (Sydney Olympic Park) Has a maximum capacity of 83,500, you’d have to fill the stadium 48 times over to reach 4 million people. This example showcases the extraordinary magnitude of 4 million student voices being empowered and heard in just one year. It’s not just a number; it’s a movement, a stadium’s worth of young people expressing their needs and being supported—over and over again. That’s the true impact of Life Skills GO Check-Ins. As we look ahead to 2025, this movement is only just beginning. The momentum we’ve built this year lays the foundation for even greater impact. Exciting innovations are on the horizon, and we invite you to be part of this transformative journey. Join us in 2025 as we continue to empower young people and champion proactive student voice. Book an executive demonstration today and discover how you can support young people’s wellbeing in meaningful and data-driven actionable ways. Together, we can ensure that every student has the chance to be heard, valued, and supported—because their voices matter, and their wellbeing is our future. #4MillionStudentVoices
