As we head into the end-of-year events and meetings season it's important to understand how inclusivity and diversity can inform principles for these events. This can ensure attendees feel both welcomed and engaged with the content. Sounds daunting? Do not fear the Media Federation of Australia DE&I council created a one page guide to help you navigate being more conscious in your meeting agendas. Pawena Kaniah our sitting member of the council says that "it’s essential to create space for meek, timid, and more polite voices, who might otherwise stay quiet". You can read more about this and download the report in the AdNews Australia link below. https://lnkd.in/gJ23gg4t

For the past four years we've been supporting the Movember foundation during the month of November. This year 10 staff members have decided to participate in the event, they want to use it as an opportunity to continue to keep mental health top of mind as we head into the end of the year. They're using this as a platform to continue conversations and consistently make iProspect a safe place for staff to be a part of. We are proud of the stories they've shared and the vulnerability the give to us. If you are interested in donating, please follow the link below.
