We are thrilled to complete the structure at our second Data Centre in Melbourne. Congratulations to our dedicated team Led by Baz Tarhini, Julian Foggin, Michael Papargiris and Andrew Neocli. As we continue to build upon our expertise in the data centre sector, we're committed to applying our learnings to elevate industry standards for the future. This impressive three-level, air-cooled facility will provide 36MW of critical capacity, meeting the highest standards of reliability and innovation. The Queensbridge Building is rising up to join Melbourne's skyline. Construction progress is full steam ahead with the building's core reaching level 47 and the structure at Level 42. As we near the building's full 65-storey height, the tower's facade details have begun to piece together whilst apartment fitouts in the main tower continue to climb. Together with Development Victoria, Nightingale Housing, and social/specialist disability accommodation providers, we are unlocking the opportunity to deliver more than 800 new homes that meet the diverse needs of Victorians.
