The holiday period can be a stressful time when it comes to finances. Check in with your family and friends, and suggest a catch up that doesn't involve spending money. A morning walk, an afternoon dip or a cup of tea at home. For tips on how to check in with visit www.ruok.org.au/holiday

Together with Neighbours Every Day, and our lived experience advisors, we have developed a free resource sharing free or low-cost activities that can foster meaningful connections. After all, connection doesn't have to cost! Download the resource here: https://lnkd.in/gPkTKQ2t #belongingonabudget
