This unique collaboration has seen students get hands-on experience in the wine industry, from grape pruning to bottling, under the expert guidance of Oakridge's award-winning viticulturist, Steve Faulkner. 🌱🍇 And the results? Outstanding. Available in 25 Dan Murphy's and BWS stores across Victoria, this limited release is a testament to hard work, innovation, and local community spirit.     📢 And the winners are... Congratulations to all those recognised at our Supplier of the Year Awards last night. It was an incredible celebration of everything that makes our industry great. And we certainly weren't going to let a little rain dampen our spirits. The skies cleared just in time for a special performance from Aussie rock legend Jon Stevens. Now in their third year, our Supplier of the Year Awards acknowledge excellence in the drinks industry at a time when working together to deliver what customers want to drink is more important than ever. Our Director of Buying and Merchandise Tim Carroll paid tribute to the efforts of our trade suppliers. "Our ability to grow relies on strong relationships. We value our suppliers as strategic partners; integral to our ability to deliver range, quality and value for our customers." Our judges were more than impressed with the award nominations this year and heartened by the depth, collaborative nature, and creative scope of our trade supplier relationships.     Our first Supplier Summit is officially underway at Accor Stadium. This landmark event will merge one of our biannual Supplier Forums with our annual Supplier of the Year Awards and a brand new networking event for our small and medium suppliers. It promises to be the biggest gathering of drinks industry representatives since the pandemic with 1,000 in attendance. And if that isn’t enough, we have some important news to share! 🍾 🍷 🍸 🍻 With more than 2,000 trade suppliers across Dan Murphy's, BWS and ALH Hotels, we will launch our first Trade Supplier Charter today - a new public commitment to continuous improvement in supplier relations. Endeavour Group CEO and Managing Director Steve Donohue said: “We have doubled the number of small suppliers we work with since 2018, and now 90 percent of what we range is sourced from independent, small suppliers. Importantly, some of the most popular drinks we sell today didn’t exist two years ago, which is a testament to their responsiveness to changing customer preferences. “After three years as a standalone company, we are pleased with our progress in building long-term partnerships with our suppliers, but we are always looking for ways to improve. “From the introduction of 14-day payment terms for smaller suppliers, the launch of Marketplace to give suppliers more routes to market, and hosting regular Supplier Forums and sharing data and insights, our track record demonstrates this. “We want to promote mutual, sustainable growth with our suppliers, we want to drive innovation, and seek to promote high standards of ethical conduct.” Stay tuned for our Supplier of the Year award winners! 🏅 You can read our Trade Supplier Charter here: https://lnkd.in/g3gKyCbb

    The countdown is on! We expect to reach five million customers with this particular DrinkWise campaign, which builds on the 44 million customer engagements with responsibility messages we were pleased to share in our 2024 Sustainability Report. In 2021, we set ourselves a target to reach five million people through responsible consumption campaigns by 2025 (per campaign), and this is the latest example of how we are meeting our Sustainability commitments ahead of time.

    August was another outstanding month of giving back to our communities, with Dan Murphy's raising a total of $76,602.98 and BWS raising a total of $64,906.31 for our charity partner GIVIT.org.au. These funds have been distributed to 185 community groups across the country. And now, it’s time to mark your calendars for Dan Murphy's next National GIVIT Day on Saturday 14 September! Tito’s, in partnership with Iconic Beverages, has teamed up with Dan Murphy's and on National GIVIT.org.au Day, for every rebranded bottle sold featuring their mini Tito’s jumper, $5 will be donated to GIVIT.org.au. And as always, there will be sausage sizzles and special events at Dan Murphy's stores nationwide, so make sure you stop by and show your support 💜

The event was a fantastic blend of learning, networking, and a shared commitment to uplifting rainbow youth across Australia. Held across multiple locations in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, and accessible online, it was an afternoon filled with meaningful conversations, valuable insights, and a strong sense of community spirit.

These results are a testament to our disciplined execution, carried out every day by our 30,000 team members across the country in stores, hotels, wineries and support offices. The structural resilience of the Group’s businesses, combined with our high cash generation and strong balance sheet, position us well to deliver through the cycle for our customers, our team members and shareholders.
