Don’t miss out on GST credits and fuel tax credits for your business! You need to claim GST credits or fuel tax credits within 4 years of the due date of the earliest BAS you could have first made your claim for the relevant credit. If you don't claim the credit within that time, the credit expires and you can no longer claim it. Lodging an amendment request does not preserve your credit entitlement, the credit must be included in your assessment.
