About us

Under the CHEP brand Brambles helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organisation on earth. Its pallets, crates and containers form the invisible backbone of the global supply chain and the world’s biggest brands trust Brambles to help them transport their goods more efficiently, sustainably and safely. As pioneers of the sharing economy, Brambles created one of the world's most sustainable logistics businesses through the share and reuse of its platforms under a model known as ‘pooling’. Brambles primarily serves the fast-moving consumer goods (e.g. dry food, grocery, and health and personal care), fresh produce, beverage, retail and general manufacturing industries. The Group employs more than 12,000 people and owns approximately 360 million pallets, crates and containers through a network of more than 750 service centres. Brambles operates in approximately 60 countries with its largest operations in North America and Western Europe. For further information, please visit brambles.com

Brambles held its 2024 Annual General Meeting in Sydney today, where Chairman, John Mullen, and CEO, Graham Chipchase, outlined our FY24 performance and offered an update on strategy, which continues to enjoy strong shareholder support. John took the opportunity to thank Scott Perkins who now retires from the Brambles Board after nine years of service, and acknowledge the contributions of George El-Zoghbi, who stepped down in December 2023. He also welcomed our newly appointed Non-Executive Directors, Cameron McIntyre and Tony Palmer, ahead of their commencement in November 2024. • Nature takes centre stage this week as Australia hosts the inaugural Global Nature Positive Summit 2024. Now in full swing, the summit is bringing together businesses, NGOs, policymakers, experts and Indigenous peoples to drive collective action towards investing in nature, halting biodiversity loss and repairing environmental harm. Brambles recognises the critical role nature plays in our own business and has taken steps towards understanding its dependencies and impacts on nature through early adoption of Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) recommendations. Today, we are proud to have lent our voice to the global chorus advocating for nature, which aligns with our ambition to advance regenerative supply networks. #GlobalNaturePositiveSummit #Sustainability #NaturePositive #CircularEconomy

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗕𝗘 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴’𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 We are deeply proud to share the news that Brambles CEO, Graham Chipchase, has been made a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the King’s Birthday honours list for services to sustainable business. Recipients of the award are recognised for highly distinguished contributions in their field, or achievement and service to the community at a leading regional or prominent national level. As CEO of Brambles, a pioneer of the circular economy, Graham leads one of the world’s most sustainable companies with impact across global supply chains through its CHEP business. Under his leadership, the company has earned globally recognised sustainability credentials, including being named the second most sustainable corporation in the world by Corporate Knights and as an inaugural recipient of (then) HRH Prince Charles’ Terra Carta Seal. In addition to setting its own industry-leading 2025 sustainability goals, Brambles is focused on bringing regeneration to supply chains through collaborations with customers and partners. Graham has a long history of championing sustainability in business. During his tenure as CEO of Rexam, he led the business to significantly improve its sustainability performance and reduce carbon intensity while lifting safety and operational efficiency. Graham was also a non-executive director of Astra Zeneca through the COVID-19 pandemic. Outside of business, Graham is a mentor to emerging business leaders. Congratulations to Graham on behalf of the Brambles and CHEP teams.
