Working at RTRFM 92.1 is an absolute gift and I so appreciate the wonderful people with whom I get to spend every day. The smiles of the staff are not a put on: it's a pleasure and privilege to work for such an amazing community radio station, which is dedicated to (and eternally grateful for) the 400+ volunteers who broadcast local and alternative music and talks programming, 24/7, 365 days a year (actually, it's 366 this year). We all appreciate the responsibility of platforming Western Australian artists, as well as diverse and under-represented acts from around the country and indeed the globe.
