Last week, the Accelagen team from across Australia and New Zealand came together in Melbourne to celebrate an amazing 2024. The day provided the chance to assemble everyone, some meeting in person for the first time, and to reflect on our amazing journey over the past 12 months. The team size has expanded by over 40%, so there were a lot of new faces. We commenced the day with a captivating, and educational, presentation from the amazing tv and radio personality, Adam Spencer who provided further insights into the history and future of AI. The team were then shuffled off to engage in bare foot lawn bowls, where everyone had the chance to show off their rolling skills under the bright blue sky. We then headed for our afternoon activity involved some healthy team games, where we battled during various challenges, all with the aim of building Buddy Bags for the Alana and Madeline Foundation (https://lnkd.in/gXVmeYgq), whose contents will benefit many children in need. Finally, the team gathered at Cumulus Inc, where we toasted that had been not only a wonderful day, but an exceptional year of evolution for Accelagen, and to reinforce our mission to make a difference to the future of human health.
