Google suggested users add glue to thicken pizza sauce. Yes. You read that right. Last week, Google launched 𝗔𝗜 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀, aiming to feature AI-generated answers instead of traditional search results. This means that when users search for something like “Why do we yawn?”, the AI might summarize an answer instead of directing them to a blog post. For now, this feature is temporarily disabled due to the blunder suggesting glue for pizza sauce and other rather entertaining AI search results. But it signals a clear direction: search engines are evolving. They have been, even before the AI era. Google already provides direct answers instead of just linking out to websites. What does this mean for your business? Your content strategy needs to evolve too. Instead of just writing long articles, think about providing engaging, interactive content. This could include: • Short, Engaging Videos: Addressing common customer questions. • Interactive Tools: Like calculators or quizzes relevant to your industry. • Visual or Audio Content: Diagrams that simplify complex information • Lead magnets: Helpful information collected in one place and provided for free. Hi John Mueller I am asking in English cause it might concern some people out there: Has Google changed something about the site operator in image search? So far it has been possible to combine the site operator with a domain in image search in order to get all (or a huge part of) a website's indexed images. Now a search with site operator in image search doesn't bring any unless I enter a search phrase.

The DOJ is taking a big step.   Google might have to split Chrome and Android.   This is huge. Who owns the code / IP? 3. What happens after the #development is done? Opening a new relationship with any agency can be challenging. You have to trust in their reviews, expertise, and ability to deliver what you need. Of course, there are basic questions about the budget, processes, formalities etc. But here I wanted to show a bit of a wider context to open the discussion and save some of your time. 🚨 Another Klaviyo Update Alert! Klaviyo just launched an interesting new feature: customizable attribution windows for your emails and SMS campaigns. This lets you adjust how long Klaviyo tracks a sale after a message is sent. But be careful—with great power comes great responsibility - longer windows could lead to over-reporting revenue. Use it to boost discussions around this topic. Here’s what you can do now: ✅ Adjust attribution windows and see how it impacts your reported revenue. ✅ Make changes i.e. remove open tracking and focus on clicks & see what the impact is ✅ See what the impact is of excluding bot interactions to avoid misleading data. ✅ Apply these changes retroactively to all your previous campaigns. With this update, you can finally fine-tune your reporting and understand how email contributes to the full customer journey. Is the Klaviyo attribution model perfect? Not completely, no marketing channel operates in a silo - but: - This gives your team or agency better data for decision-making. Two requests, Klaviyo: 1. After June 24, 2024, this will be the case for all users in all regions. On July 30, 2024, Google Podcasts Manager will no longer be available. Until then, you will continue to have access to your analytics in Google Podcasts Manager and can export them if you wish. ‌You have the option to bring your podcast to YouTube by submitting your podcast’s RSS feed. If you submit your RSS feed to YouTube, all new episodes added to your RSS feed will automatically be uploaded to YouTube and will also be made available on YouTube Music. Alternatively, you can upload your video podcast in YouTube Studio. ‌The easiest way to submit your RSS feed to YouTube is to visit your Google Podcasts Manager dashboard, find the banner at the top, and select Submit to YouTube.
