Mohammad Al-Saqatri, an information technology security expert, confirmed that to find out the truth about the entities that reach us, you first notice that the caller is not confident in himself and the information he knows about you and begins to inquire about your personal information and claims that he is an employee from the bank or a government agency that you deal with, so the citizen and resident must be careful. And not to be naive in dealing with strange people, just as the suspicious caller calls you from a mobile number. It is known that official institutions do not contact the public via mobile phone, but rather via the phone of the official office of the institution or the calling party. Here the credibility of the caller appears, and one of the most important precautions that you must take is to say: The headset returns and calls the same person, and when you find that the number is out of service or blocked, know that the source of the call is suspicious. Al-Saqatri added that you should avoid giving any personal information to the competent authorities. Usually, when a suspicious caller asks you about your personal number and other data, such as the bank card number or visa number, be careful not to give it to him. Any information because it is natural that the official authorities have all the personal information about you. It is unreasonable for someone from the Ministry of Interior or the Central Bank to call you and ask you for your personal number. Therefore, we advise caution, as many people have fallen victim to fraudulent companies. Al-Saqatri pointed out the importance of taking precautionary measures immediately. If you receive such calls, you must contact the party from whom the caller claimed to be speaking to you, and do not hesitate to inform the Department of Electronic and Crime Crimes in order to protect yourself and others from the plans of these fraudulent fictitious companies that practice fraud and deception. We must also work on awareness by educating citizens and school and university students by giving Training courses and workshops, focusing on the importance of replacing the password periodically as a precaution.
