    I was part of the global HR team to develop the customization of the functional and technical design mapping template for the Workday solution into Capita. Part of the project included gathering user and system requirements and to document process flows of current and proposed business functionality, including gap Analysis, Functional Specifications, systems testing and validation of test results against system requirements for the purpose of Recruitment, HCM, Talent and Compensation.

    I was trained and accredited to level and grade the various roles within the business along with associated salary bands/ job families and other benefits, in order to determine internal and external equity as well as to devise a solid remuneration structure and policy within the business allowing sound pay principles and best practice principles.
