Building strong and sustainable ethics and compliance cultures is more than just our social licence to produce products and deliver services. It is our way of acknowledging the society within which we operate, seeking the best for ourselves and our stakeholders and bringing out the best in ourselves and those who make our business possible.

We have a boss whose passion is unmatched. #ResponsibleWhistleblowing #WhistleblowingCulture #ProtectedDisclosure #Whistleblowers
I am a whistleblower. And I have dedicated my life to promote whistleblowing and all its multiple benefits to society. Part of that, is to ensure that whistleblowers are protected and defended. Doing so proactively and openly, I have learned, enhances an organisation's standing and reputation. Responsible whistleblowing hold great benefits for both employer and employee. Happy to have a conversation about this any day.

Almost seven years ago, I started Reputegrity Compliance and Ethics Solutions. As a whistleblower myself, I thought that there was something fundamentally wrong with how we as a society relate to whistleblowers and whistleblowing. Some organisations immediately saw whistleblowers as "snitches" or "troublemakers" when these people simply have the interest of their employer at heart. Some, even at municipal level, do not have a protected disclosure mechanism in place, nor do they have a whistleblower policy. This is worrying as not leaves whistleblowers frustrated and vulnerable. I understand what it takes to blow the whistle. I also understand what needs to be done to protect both employer and whistleblower. I turned my experience into a skill to ensure that no one would ever have to go through what I have.
