The Merchants Academy is proud to introduce the Skills4Success project! This transformative initiative is a comprehensive skills training programme that empowers unemployed youth with the essential skills to confidently enter the workforce and build meaningful careers. The three-year project, launched in partnership with the Jobs Fund, is set to make a significant impact by providing skills training to at least 3,000 unemployed youth across Tshwane, Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Umhlanga. At the heart of this initiative is one of our core principles: "Our communities are our people."
