We are proud to share that Life Healthcare's Company Secretary, Joshila Ranchhod will be participating in the upcoming Integrated Reporting Committee of South Africa conference. She will share insights on the panel 'How we’re doing it: Four companies'. Joshila brings extensive experience to this topic, having been with Life Healthcare since 2019, and serving as Company Secretary since 2021. She has a background in Governance and Ethics, corporate roles, and legal practice, supported by her BA (LLB) from Rhodes University.

PET-CT scans are making a big difference in cancer diagnostics with their superior accuracy and cost-effectiveness compared to conventional methods. Triage coding is an international system that uses clinical criteria to colour code a patient’s priority. This ensures that those with life-threatening conditions or injuries are attended to first. Green-triaged patients might have to wait a bit longer if there are more critical patients, but if the emergency unit isn’t too busy with red and orange priority cases, you could be seen sooner. We thank our medical emergency teams this World Trauma Day for the life-saving decisions they make every day.
