  • Our team at ATP recently attended the EnergyNet Ltd. Zimbabwe-Zambia Energy Projects Summit and connected with key players in the Southern African energy space, including the Southern African Power Pool, Zambia Development Agency, Globeleq, The Rockefeller Foundation, Climate Fund Managers (CFM), and GET.invest.   The summit, held near the iconic Victoria Falls, was a poignant reminder of the immense power of natural resources and the responsibility we share to harness that power sustainably. Standing before the Falls, one cannot help but be inspired by the potential of Africa’s natural energy to drive transformative change. This summit brought together key stakeholders to discuss and explore opportunities in: ◾ Renewable Energy - Harnessing the power of solar, wind, and hydro to build a sustainable energy future. ◾ Grid Modernization - Strengthening energy infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient power supply. ◾ Energy Access - Expanding access to clean and affordable energy for all, especially in rural and underserved communities. It was inspiring to connect with industry leaders, government officials, and fellow innovators. We’re excited to continue building connections, driving conversations, and supporting the energy transition with top-tier talent for projects that make a difference.   Let’s power the future of Zimbabwe, Zambia and Africa together! #AlliedTalentPartners #ZimZam24 #Zimbabwe #Zambia #Energy #RenewableEnergy #Investment #Africa

  • Last Thursday, 14 November, we had the pleasure of bringing together a group of climate stakeholders for our Climate Networking and Cocktail Evening in the beautiful city of Cape Town. With big thanks to our co-hosts, The African Climate Foundation and Kinjani, we were thrilled to connect with over 40 professionals including government, foundations/NGOs, investment managers, entrepreneurs, climate advisors and more. Highlights from the event: Partnership with ACF: We were delighted to highlight ATP’s recent partnership with the The African Climate Foundation (ACF). Together, ATP seeks to identify top talent to support the ACF and its partners’ work across the African continent. SA Climate Network: We were able to congratulate Kinjani's Caitlin Wale for co-Founding the SA Climate Network (alongside Flavia Howard and co-hosted by FSD Africa). This initiative has brought together a passionate and enthusiastic community of climate professionals, and we got to see the Kinjani cohort pitching to a panel of investor judges. Together, we explored some of the Mother City’s latest trends in climate finance, renewable energy, climate tech, and sustainable development. We also had the opportunity to network with potential talent who are passionate about making a difference. A huge thank you to everyone who attended! We look forward to seeing you again in Cape Town soon. #AlliedTalentPartners #TalentMarketplace #TheAfricanClimateFoundation #Kinjani
