00 Scheduled Hours: 7 am - 4 pm Benefits: $22.

00 Position Summary: This position will conduct in-home visits or in-center monitoring visits for childcare providers and childcare centers, process monthly claims, attend licensing meetings as needed, and assist with all other office duties as designated by the Director.
Responsibilities: Traveling within an assigned area throughout Washington, enrolling and training new providers, carrying out timely 30-day training visits, subsequent monitoring, and technical assistance visits, as needed.
Maintain phone contact and written letters to prospective providers and centers.
Monitor participating provider homes as well as childcare centers as requested by the manager: Determine the quantity and quality of meals served.
Determine if meals served are eligible and served under sanitary conditions.
Inspect and evaluate all pertinent attendance records, menus, and meal counts.
Give required assistance to providers and centers.
Determine appropriate corrective actions and follow-up.
Provide a completed monitor report to the Program Manager Staff with Program Manager observations which may be out of compliance with license regulations.
Assist with claim processing.
Participate in regular supervision, according to agency policy.
Assist with any other office duties as designated by the Program Director Travel could be up to 50% of the job.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: The following requirements are those that are normally required for the performance of this position.

Physical Requirements: This position normally requires the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking, hearing, and adequate vision to be able to operate an automobile and perform the job duties on a regular basis.
These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time.
Non-Physical Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required College coursework in Early Childhood Education, preferred Experience Child Care Experience Special Skills: Demonstrate basic computer literacy skills Ability to work individually and as a team member Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Licensure, Registration, Certification: Valid Washington State driver’s license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State Employment is conditional upon: Being cleared by a criminal background check and fingerprinting when required About Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington: Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington provides help and creates hope for thousands of people each year regardless of religious, social, or economic backgrounds.
