Oxygen is a console gaming-inspired theme which features reminiscent console buttons as navigation links. More thoroughly introduce yourself through an integrated user profile section (long bio + progress/skills + to-do list + socials).

OVERALL

Console buttons as navigation links.
Posts content transitions into a user profile section for a thorough self-introduction.
Windowed element style.
Customised scrollbar, text highlight, hover tooltips. You can edit the bold, italic, and linked text formatting.

LEFT SIDEBAR: NAVIGATION

Links to home, ask, archive, and a random post.
The console button shapes can be swapped out for conventional navigation icons.
Pagination links (+/-). If there are no such next/previous pages to navigate to, they are greyed out (inactive).

RIGHT SIDEBAR

Sidebar image with controllable image height/sizing. Auto-cropped and auto-centred.
Player profile: Profile pic + HP + SP stats. You can edit the amount of HP and SP you have left.
Blog title and description, with optional searchbar and built-in custom links.
Sidebar deco: Translucent circle stickers and bars at the bottom. These can be removed.

POSTS & CONTENT

Pinned post label.
Original poster is shown as the “file name”. File type is also indicated: Photo = jpg, Photoset = zip, Text = doc, Quote = txt, Audio = mp3, Video = mp4, Answer = [email protected], Link = url, Chat = log.
Displays number of notes (the counter title is editable) and date posted. The position of this post info can be either in the top header (next to the “file name”) or bottom permalink (to the left of the permalink actions).
Permalink actions (like + reblog + permalink) on index.
Visible tags on index option. You can also choose to have #’s in front of your tags or not.
Every post type is uniquely styled.

USER PROFILE

User Profile window (see below). Its title “user_profile.exe” can be changed.
Photo with custom links laid over it. This theme supports unlimited built-in custom links.
User Profile Quote can be anything you want, looks best at 3-4 lines. Please do not exceed 4 lines.
Social media section with social media icons.
User Profile Extra Pop-up is an extra space for you to write updates, another self-introduction, likes/dislikes, anything you’d like at all.

Extended self-introduction section. All editing is done from the customise page, there is no need to access the raw theme code for edits.
Main user profile comes with three different section tabs (click to navigate around). You can change the biography and to-do list section titles.
Tab 1 Profile: Profile icon (not your avatar!) + Name + Subtitle. Below are skills or progress bars that you can edit. You can edit both the names and the progression %.
Tab 2 Bio: Long biography. Bold / Italic / Linked / Blockquote texts are styled. They inherit the body text styling.
Tab 3 To-Do: A checklist of goals and tasks to accomplish.

Theme Options

IMAGE OPTIONS

Background image: Could be a repeated background or a wallpaper. If wallpaper, remember to toggle the “Wallpaper Background” option below.
Favicon: The lil’ icon that goes into your browser tab. If you upload a custom favicon here, you need to toggle the “Custom Favicon” option below.
Sidebar Image: On the left. You can control the height/size of the image later in the text options.
User Profile Custom Links BG: This appears at the top right when you open up the user profile section; by default, custom links are laid on top of this image. Auto-cropped and -positioned.
Profile Icon: This appears in the main profile tab window when you open up the user profile section.

ON/OFF TOGGLES (Selected options in brackets)

Wallpaper Background (off): Turn on if you want to stretch your Background Image over the full background.
Custom Favicon (off): Turn on if you want to upload your own custom favicon.
Sidebar Searchbar (on): Turn on to add a searchbar to the bottom of your right sidebar.
User Profile (on): Turn on to enable users to open up the section.
User Profile Bio Tab (on): Turn on to access the biography tab of the user profile main window.
User Profile To Do Tab (on): Turn on to access to-do list tab of the user profile main window.
Show Tags on Index (on): When on, tags are visible at the bottom of posts. Tags are always visible on permalink pages.
Hashtag Tags (on): When on, [#tag]. When off, [tag].
Sidebar Deco Circle Stickers (on): Turn on to add the blurry circle “stickers” at the top left of your right sidebar image.

Sidebar Deco Bottom Bars (on): Turn on to add decorative bars at the bottom right of your right sidebar image.
Custom Note Count Title (on): Turn on to change “1,234 notes” to “1,234 mb” (default is “mb”). You can edit “mb” to whatever counter you would like in the text option [Custom Note Count Title].
Task X Completed (where X = 1 to 9): Turn on to check off each respective item in the to-do list of the User Profile to-do list tab.

Tumblr Controls Size: Small* / Medium
Tumblr Controls Colour: Black* / Grey / White
Body Font: inconsolata* / nunito / ubuntu / open sans
Font Size: 12px* / 14px
Navigation Icon Style: Console icons* / Nav icons

Sidebar Profile: Float (bounce)* / Float (no bounce) / Fixed / Icon only / None

The float style looks the same, the difference between [bounce] and [no bounce] is whether the sidebar profile is animated (bounces up and down).

Warning: If you use the [None] style, you will not be able to access the User Profile section as there is no link.

Custom Links: User Profile* / Sidebar

Pinned Post Icon: star* / feather / flag / sun / heart / bookmark
List Style: Roman numerals* / Hiragana / Numbers / Alphabets
Photo Lightbox: Light* / Dark
Photoset Grid Gap: 0px* / 3px / 5px
Permalink Icon: Bookmark* / Plane / Link / Folder / Pencil / Plus / Add
Tags Cutoff: Full width* / Medium / Low

This refers to how long post tags can get before they are truncated. The cut-off portion is replaced by ellipsis (…). The full tag can still be seen when it is hovered over.

Post Info Position: Content header* / Post permalink bottom

TEXT OPTIONS

Browser Tab Title: The name of the browser tab.
Sidebar Image Height: The height in pixels of the sidebar image. Will automatically crop and centre your uploaded image based on these dimensions. The width (cannot be changed) is 220px.
Sidebar Profile HP Percent & Sidebar Profile SP Percent: Refers to the HP/SP bars in the right sidebar next to your profile picture, as long as you enable it (any selection option other than “None”). Choose a value between 0-100.
User Profile Title: The handle title of the main User Profile window.
User Profile Name: Input your name or username here to show up in the user profile next to your Profile Icon.
User Profile Name Subtitle: Input a subtitle here that will appear below your name. Could be your pronouns, mbti, location, or some basic title like “Lvl 20 Magician” or whatever you would like.
User Profile Quote: Text that floats on the right side of the User Profile. Don’t make it too long — 4 lines max. 3-4 lines look best.
User Profile Bio Tab Title: You can change the title of the section from “Biography” to “About” or anything you would like. Keep to one line.
User Profile Bio: Long bio available in the User Profile. Ensure you have the “User Profile Bio Tab” toggled on for this to appear.
User Profile To Do Tab Title: You can change the title of the section rom “To-do List” to “Bucketlist” or “New Year’s Resolutions” or anything you would like. Keep to one line. Ensure you have the “User Profile To Do Tab” toggled on for this to appear.
User Profile Extra Popup Title: There is a free space “pop-up” window near the bottom right of the User Profile. You can fill it with whatever you’d like. You can change this text from “Updates” to “Weekly schedule” or “Current media” or “Commission info” or “Welcome” or anything you would like.
User Profile Extra Popup Content: Free space, fill it with whatever you’d like. Bold/Italic/Linked texts work here too, it inherits the styling from your body text.
Note Count Title: By default it’s “mb” like megabytes due to the gaming/computer theme, but you can change it to “%” or “likes” or “flowers” or anything you would like. If you prefer the default “notes” counter, you can enable that option in the toggles section.
Task X Name (where X = 1-9): The task names in the to-do list section of the User Profile. Ensure you have the “User Profile To Do Tab” toggled on for this to appear.
Skill X Name & Skill X Mastery Percent (where X = 1-6): The skill names in the profile section of the User Profile (below the profile icon and name). For Mastery Percent, input a value between 0-100.
Social Media Username (Tumblr sideblog, Instagram, Twitter, Ko-fi, Spotify, Etsy, Twitch): Type in your username and these will be appropriately linked in the integrated navigation page (remember to enable the toggle options for “Integrated Navigation Page” and “Nav Page Social Media Section” first).
