On Tuesday, June 23, Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis celebrated her 17th anniversary with husband Julius Tennon. She posted a few throwback pics from her wedding day and vow renewal on Instagram, and—no surprise—she looked gorgeous in every. single. one.

“17 years of marriage to the most beautiful man in the WORLD!!!! You have made my life sweeter and my heart bigger," the 54-year-old wrote in the caption. “I prayed for you and God said,“Yes! I have just the right person for you!!!!” Happy Anniversary my love... The best is yet to be❤❤❤.”

The couple renewed their vows in 2016, and the ceremony was attended by their daughter Genesis, Viola’s How to Get Away With Murder costars, plus other family and friends. Some of those friends wished Viola a happy anniversary on Instagram, like Michelle Pfeiffer, T, and Uzo Aduba. (Shondaland also chimed in.)

Viola’s skin looked fantastic back in 2003, but it looks equally amazing today. (Could it be that she's aging in reverse?) When asked by Hello Beautiful about her skincare routine, the Widows star replied that she’s a huge fan of steaming. “We just bought a new house with a steam shower,” she said.

Plus, she is careful to get a full eight hours of sleep every night, and drinks several cups of alkaline water. In terms of skincare products, she swears by Vaseline and acid peels. "My favorite, favorite, favorite—I think it’s an emotional experience—is the Ginger Eucalyptus [Body Polisher] by Molton Brown. I use that on my skin," she told Yahoo! Lifestyle.

Viola also said working out is a key part of her lifestyle. "You know they say 80 percent of losing weight is what you eat, and 20 percent is exercise? I got the 20 percent covered,” Viola told SELF in 2016. "If I have to be at work at five a.m, I will get up at three and work out. I run, I do weights. I’m very toned. I’m like every other woman. I’d love to be 10 pounds or 20 pounds lighter. If I’m not, I’m okay with that, too. I’m good as long as I’m healthy."
