So far so good using skrill

after a couple of days of getting verified, everything started working correctly went through and i am able to use my account and it functions correctly at this time. So far so good using this service.

they have my money locked with no end…

they have my money locked with no end in sight!giving me no answers at all compleetly helpless here. the only place its used is sites that use them as a payment. I can't even transfer to myself. I comletely verified 100% I have checking account linked i have their virtual and debit cards i have verified funds in the account
going over 72hrs so far

Beaver that answers the phone should not work in customer service.

A very good service and follow up

When I experienced a bad shopping service - paid money while the merchant online order show the trade failure and needs to pay again, I look for Skrill's support and help me refund the payment. After some communication and investigation by Skrill, they quickly give feedback and help me refund the money. I am appreciate this good job and service by Skrill.

Open account deposited and sent money

Open account deposited and sent money. All information verified then deposited again and account restricted
Sent in information required. Still
Account restricted
Sent email told enquiry would be escalated. That was 2 weeks ago. Now they are not responding to emails and phone lines not working. Social media lots of similar posts.
I am now contacting FCA

Update 13/11/2024
Got an email today to say my account has been permanently closed. That is no bother I only used it to send one tranasaction of £100 however I would like my £99 still in my account. No metion of this and how I will get a refund. THEY ARE SCAMS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Will contact my MP to look into this. seeing lots of similar posts. The public should be warned

cryptocurrency withdrawal problem

Two days ago, I made a cryptocurrency withdrawal, something I had done before without any issues, but this time Skrill marked the withdrawal as processed, yet the money never arrived. It can be verified on the Solana blockchain that they never sent the money. I've been writing to support for two days, but they haven't even responded. Terrible customer service.

After three days, they responded and refunded the money. I'm leaving 3 stars because it took them too long to review the case and provide a solution. When it comes to financial issues, they should be more efficient. I recommend improving the customer service system and prioritizing failed transaction resolutions.

This is the 4th time I've deposited…

This is the 4th time I've deposited money and then my account gets restricted . My car outta gas on the side of the road I lost my job because my funds are being held. This is freaking ridiculous I've already verified my identification. They said 24 hours to wait and now all of a sudden 72 hours . How would you feel if this was your funds and your account on hold

Account has been locked for over a…

Account has been locked for over a month and still unable to withdraw funds. Documents have been sent and accepted, no idea what i am still waiting for, numerous emails have been sent and they’re being ignored. I don’t know how this company hasn’t been shut down for fraud, it baffles me. Looking at the reviews this is how they make their money.. close accounts and seize the funds. Anyway - please stay away, their support is useless, their practices are shady, save your money and use another platform. Cant wait to get a faster response from their team in charge of reading trustpilot reviews and responding with the same automated rubbish that makes absolute no difference to anyone’s situation. “We cannot discuss due to security issues” go work for the customer service team and reply to our emails instead.

Account locked after deposit

Account got locked after deposit. Customer service service takes days to reply and they just indicated case closed just because they have responded. Still can’t access my funds, had to send another email and been waiting for response till now.

I have sent my documents over 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything back. You have £500 of my money and nobody is even messaging me back. This is an absolute disgrace from your part. I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong and you have held my money for this long. Please return my funds as soon as possible!!

Scam

Dear Skrill Team,

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the sudden and unexplained closure of my Skrill account over a month ago. Although the account was later reopened to allow me to withdraw my funds—amounting to more than €2,000—when I attempted the withdrawal, the account was automatically blocked again, preventing me from accessing my money.

I find myself in an extremely frustrating situation, having waited nearly a month for a response without any feedback or clarification from your team. I do not know the whereabouts of my funds, nor have I received any explanation for the account blockage or an estimated timeframe for resolution.

I urgently request that this matter be resolved as a priority. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover access to my funds, as I consider this situation a serious violation of my rights.

I await your swift response and resolution to this issue.

Account Blocked Just after Getting kNect Loyalty Program. This is the Re-pay of Loyalty!!!

Nearly running after one Year, they Block my account without any notice, and now they are not even answering my email.

I put my savings to that account, for trading.

Skrill, Please return my money back. I can't do much harm to you, with trust, i do the transactions. If you pay me back with blocking my account and silence, One day you will face the consequence.

I wouldnt even recommend one star…

I wouldnt even recommend one star scammers dont ever use them i made a account put $50 on it did some cryto trading then with drawes it to play pokies lost $2 so theres $48 still on my account they permanatly closed me account within 30 minutes of opening a account they wont answer my emails cant contact them its been about two weeks now and they replied twice. Ive emailed them everyday i just want my money back its all i had at the time. Skrill is fraud!!!!

Disappointed Loyal Customer

I hope the Skrill team can read and answer my comments, as well as take action toward my request.

I am one of the loyal customers of Skrill even if they don't allow me to have a feature of buying crypto on their platform which is very disappointing to me I hope they can make an exception in this regard. but honestly, Skrill has a very nice service and features. I have dealt with them for years and never had any issues with them. but before they had high commissions and fees, and now they don't I hope if they can allow me to purchase a crypto through their platform it will be an excellent thing for me. anyway, thank you Skrill team.
