Easy connect!

I had selected this eSIM with abroad trip always. Because I could set on my phone and you have easily charging system. Then, I could know how to way of searching traffic information by Google on just quick response anytime anywhere.

Successful first time using E-SIM

Recently travelled to Italy and we used E-SIM instead of paying my carrier outrageous roaming charges.

MTX provided a variety of plans to choose from and we could select exactly one that me our needs. We were able to access messages and email, and it was super helpful to use navigation tools.

The process for downloading the app and activating the account was slightly less than intuitive; the steps could be a bit clearer. But once in place it was easy to use.

When abroad we had an issue adding data to one of our phones because the credit card wanted to send 2FA to non-activated cell#. That was quickly resolved with a creative solution from the MTXConnect online chat agent. Very helpful!

Real help and support

I couldn't connect to data in the US. Everything seemed like it must be working. I finally bought and activated a new esim and now everything is ok. Thanks a lot Alexander and John for their support.

Peace of mind while teagelling

I’ve been using MTX for several years now, and it always works great. Recently has an issue with a hiccup when re-subscribing to a plan early, that caused me to get charged twice. MTX support was quick, friendly, and resolved the billing immediately. Great peace of mind while travelling

Amazing customer service

I bought my eSIM today where I’m currently working (Trinidad and Tobago). Initially I set it up as instructed however it wasn’t working. I contacted the customer service team right away and sent them the screenshot of my settings to make sure everything was right on my end and it was. They found out that there was an error on the networks side and let me know it would take a few hours to resolve and issued me a voucher for the inconvenience they didn’t cause me any hassle or try blaming the problem on me like Airalo and Holafy did and instead got to work on fixing the problem and they found it and have informed the local network provider. It’s so refreshing for a eSIM company to behave this way and fix the problem and keep the customer informed. I’d definitely recommend mtx connect to any traveler.

Very very slow internet speed i paid 52…

Very very slow internet speed i paid 52 euros for it and after only two days of horrible suffer i wanted refund and they just gave me 10 euro as top up credit.
I do not recommend
Update :
Finally i got mostly refunded because of my complaining i would give more than 5 stars for the customer service. But i hope just that they improve the network service in cooperation with local network providers.

Not user friendly

I bought a SIM card and it was explained to me by the support team that everything was ready to be used. I found out near the end of my travel abroad that the SIM card was not activated and the internet was charged on my own phone card. I ended up paying a very high bill. I found that it was very difficult to set up the card and that MTX connect is not very user friendly. Additionally, I feel unhappy with the support I received since I was told that everything was working but there was an extra step needed to activate the card.

Still, you may have enabled the setting "Allow mobile data switching", so your phone was using both your local SIM and our eSIM. We will issue the refund and instruct Customer Care to teach customers about this phone behaviour since it is out of our control.

Excellent and fast service

Excellent and fast service. The customer support team helped every time and in a matter of minutes, regardless of how difficult the question was.
Generally, the app is has a user friendly layout and all the buttons and functions are intuitively easy to find or use.
The price is also considerably low for what other people charge.

They take feedback seriously

We are a corporate customer of MTX since few years. What we consider their advantage are the quick and reliable support they provide, ease of use the control panel and that they listen to us when we give feedback and constantly improve their services, adding new countries, etc.

I get used to travel with MTX Connect…

I get used to travel with MTX Connect and it helps a lot for short term visits or transfers in airports. This is the most convenient way to be online. Really recommend this service.

eSIM experience

I use the eSIM when traveling and when local network providers have a bad connection. I like the very adjustable and tailored plans to choose from as well as the ease of use. Never had any problems!

Our developers got your message and are working on the fix. However, our rollout cycle for the apps is a few weeks, so this fix is not in production yet. As far as I know, it will be in one of these closest releases. In any case, it will not affect the real duration of your package; the bug is only cosmetic.
