Netflix has officially released the numbers for just how many people tuned into the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight ... and it is staggering.

According to the streaming giant ... last night's big live event drew in a massive 60 million households globally ... peaking at 65 million concurrent streams.

The Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano fight was viewed by 50 million households globally ... making it likely to be the most watched professional women's sporting event in US history, so says Netflix.

Amanda Serrano's issuing a mea culpa after accusing Katie Taylor of intentionally headbutting her repeatedly ... taking to X to tell everyone she was way out of line with her previous comments.

Here's the deal ... Amanda and Katie brawled just before Jake Paul took on Mike Tyson down in Dallas Friday night -- and, during the fight -- Katie's forehead came up and smacked Amanda right above the eye.

Taylor won the fight by unanimous decision ... and, Serrano and her trainer weren't happy with the decision -- with Serrano telling the post-match interviewer it seemed intentional 'cause Taylor does it in every fight.

"If it's the average 58-year-old, you kind of, sort of know how this thing is going to go," Ward said. "But we're talking about Mike Tyson. If there's a 58-year-old that I'm not worried about, it's him."
