Brittney Hoot, Founder & President
Brittney grew up in Casa Grande, the heart of rural Arizona. She attended Central Arizona College and later Grand Canyon University where she received degrees in nursing science. She later attended the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry where she was challenged to and use her life to bring heaven to earth.
In 2013 Brittney embarked on her first medical mission to Nicaragua. On that trip, she was inspired to spend her life and career building bridges between communities in the United States and countries overseas. Soon thereafter, Brittney returned to Nicrargua with a mission to rebuild devastated communities and to equip the underserved with tools of economic and personal empowerment. Since building her first home in 2013, Brittney has led several delegations, has built many homes, and has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in targeted communities.
As a leader and pioneer in both the medical and mission fields, Brittney’s heart is to advance the Kingdom of God and encounter people with the simple love of Jesus. Brittney currently resides in Nashville, TN where she practices as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, is the founder and director of The Radiant Initiative.
As a voice and influencer in her generation, she leads, inspires and equips people of all ages to walk fully in who they’ve been created to be and embrace their God given identity. She has a passion to lead and impact lives everywhere she goes, reaching the marginalized and disenfranchised around the world.
Joshua Hoyt, Vice President
Joshua grew up in Casa Grande, Arizona—a small cotton town in rural Arizona. In 2012, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Biological Science from Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. After graduation, Josh spent several years working as an advisor to diplomats in the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, later working as the vice president of The Ulmer Institute for urban trauma, a 501(c)(3) start-up in Los Angeles focused on addressing urban trauma through a partnership between the African-American and Jewish communities.
While attending Vanderbilt Law School, Josh served in the Department of Justice Office of Legal Policy where he assisted on the advancement of judicial nominations to courts including the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also served in the office of Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee, and in the Tennessee Office of the Solicitor General. After law school, Josh will clerk for Judge Andy Oldham on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
David Turner, Board Member
David is an international businessman and healing evangelist that travels the world at his own expense to pray for the sick in the name of Jesus Christ. He has written several books, including "The Helper" and "Seeds of Faith", in addition to developing a full discipleship app called Experience Jesus.
While bringing a revival to the United States and sharing the gospel of Jesus in India and throughout the seven continents, David has built a ministry rooted in loving Jesus and loving people through sharing the gospel of Jesus and demonstrating the living word through healing, miracles, deliverance, signs, and wonders.
McKenzie Hyde, Treasurer
McKenzie is a faith leader and international development specialist who has worked extensively in the United States and across the globe to reach and empower all people to live their God given purpose. She has a heart to see the global church and its people grow and become everything God has destined them to be.
As a voice of encouragement in her generation, she is championing young men and women to live in their God-given authority, and run whole heartedly at their passions and dreams. Her passion for inspiring others to discover their strengths, passions, and purpose is tempered by her own passion to see her generation fully possessed by the love of God. She is living a life that proclaims “with God, nothing is impossible”.
McKenzie was selected as the American Scholar to attend graduate school in London, England on full scholarship. She then went on to work to work with the US Government on global health projects in Washington D.C. and Africa. She also did work with various non profit organizations rescuing young women out of trafficking.
McKenzie has worked with top advisors in the White House bringing strategic solutions at the national level. McKenzie couples her political and international humanitarian efforts to do bold exploits both internationally and domestically.
Robin Verner, Secretary
Robin is an entrepreneur and pastor from Southern California. She has pioneered and ran several small businesses throughout her career. She has a deep love for people and ministry which has led Robin to Boise, Idaho where she has played a pivotal role in the development and growth of River House Church.
She carries a passion for people to know, understand, and fully walk in their identity- ultimately seeing them come into a complete place of wholeness and healing through the love of Jesus. She now serves as the Family Pastor at River House Church in Boise, Idaho.
