Thales joins the CAC 40 ESG index

The inclusion of Thales in this index reflects the Group's accelerating progress in terms of social and environmental responsibility. Designed according to the highest international standards, the Group's CSR policy is at the heart of its strategy and perfectly in line with its corporate purpose, adopted in 2020: “Building a future of we can all trust”.

In 2023, Thales met or exceeded the 6 objectives of its CSR strategy, as defined in 2019 and then revised upwards in 2021:

  • 52% reduction in operational CO2 emissions since 2018
  • 100% deployment of eco-design in new product developments
  • 20.4% women in management positions
  • 86.8% of Group management committees include at least 3 women
  • 100% of exposed employees trained in anti-corruption every two years
  • 36.7% reduction in lost-time accident frequency rate since 2018

In 2025, the Group will unveil a new Horizon 2030 CSR roadmap.
