All the customers of the Vir.IT eXplorer PRO suite can request, without any additional cost over the price payed for the purchase of the software licence, technical support by e-mail, by phone and in the more emergency situation a remote connection for assistance. The telephonic assistance is provided in Italian.

To get the most out of the service provided we invite you to contact the assistance by the two modality shown below to avoid to lose the PRO customers analisys priority:

  • Licence serial number
