Five Stoke-on-Trent homes currently being used as Airbnb properties are set to go under the hammer. The mid-terraces will go up for auction with Butters John Bee on Monday (September 9).
Two of the properties can be found in Birches Head, while the rest are in Burslem, Fenton and Smallthorne. The guide prices range from £114,000-plus and up to £137,000-plus.
The auction will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, in Festival Park, at 6.30pm.

144 Turner Street, Birches Head
This mid-terrace property has a guide price of £128,000 plus. It's Lot 27 in the auction and features three/four bedrooms, a ground floor shower room, en-suite bathroom, and low maintenance courtyard to the rear.
164 Manor Street, Fenton

75 Hammersley Street, Birches Head
