Flores, the quarterback of Mexico’s flag football team, has become a global ambassador for the sport and one of the first players to leverage their platform to create commercial opportunities. The world champ—who has inked sponsorship deals with Under Armour, Los Cabos, Toyota and Nationwide—looks break to gender barriers in sports while providing more representation as a Latina athlete.
After starring in last year’s ‘Run with It’ flag football-focused Super Bowl ad, she is set to join Univision’s broadcast debut of the Super Bowl on Sunday thanks to a recent deal between CBS Sports and the NFL.
Flores joined Business Beyond the Game to discuss women empowerment, flag football in the 2028 Summer Olympics and being at the forefront of the one the NFL’s biggest initiatives.
