    IMMERSION TEST

    • Both of the anti fouling marine paint and nanocoating were scratch a line by
    using a knife and then immersed in 5% sodium chloride (NaCl) solution for 24
    hours.

    • Anti fouling marine paint started to burst some colour out.

    nanocoating application?
    ◎ Household objects.
    Items made out of ceramic or glass apply to this coating in order to reduce
    thermal expansion so that a plate, mug or similar object will not crack as
    easily when exposed to high temperatures. It could also be used in pottery as
    protective glaze and objects made out of plastic may be given a zinc oxide
    coating to improve the object's tensile strength, heat resistance, and
    resistance to weather and sunlight.

    Zinc Oxide used as anti corrosive,protective layer of steel
    materials,machinery and equipment it’s synthesized and specially used for
    galvanized iron,Metal objects or structures often have a zinc oxide coating.
    Steel benefits from this as the coating can last for a very long time,
    protecting it from exterior conditions ,this zinc oxide coatings can also be
    used on steel that is in underwater environment.
    Example:hot dip galvanized steel pipe with zinc layer coating can last for a
    long time.
