-LONS LASTING BATTERIES WITH FAST CHARGING

DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT
6. EFFIENCY AND
PRODUCTIVITY
NEW TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDE DIFFERENT
INDUSTRIES TO INCREASE PRODUCTION AND
REDUCE LABOR COST TO MEET THE DEMAND
OF THE GROWING SOCIETY.

OWNER IS ATTENDING OTHER IMPORTANT
ACTIVITIES
DISADVANTAGES OF MODERN
TECHNOLOGY
1. JOB LOSS AND HUMAN
DISPLACEMENT
•SHIFT IN ECONOMIES THAT USES HUMAN
LABOR
•EXCITEMENT TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT
OF PRODUCTS WITH GLOBALLY ACCEPTED
QUALITY BUT RAISED SOME CONSCERNS
OVER THE POSSIBLE MASSIVE JOB
DISPLACEMENT
ACCORDING TO ILO IN 2016, FIVE COUNTRIES IN
ASEAN REGION (COMBODIA, PHILIPPINES,
VIETNAM, THAILAND AND INDONESIA) THAT
HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO ABOUT 80% OF THE
ASEAN WORKFORCE STUDIED. THE RESULTS

TECHNOLOGY TRENDS UP TO 2025.
KEY FINDINGS
•The next two decades there will be high risk of employment

workforce faces high automation especially in garments
production, sale assistant and office clerks.
•In most high-risk occupations, woman are more likely to be
affected and those who have not finished degree courses or
certified skilled face higher automation risk.
WORLD DESTRUCTION
WEAPONS
•FROM SPEARS, BOW AND ARROWS
•OTHER DEVELOPMENTS INCLUDE DRONES,
FLY-BY-WIRE TECHNOLOGIES, SUBMARINE,

TECCHNOLOGY IN AIRCRAFTS, SPACE AND
NUCLEAR WEAPONS.
INCREASED LONELINESS
•TECHNOLOGY CAUSED PHYSICAL SOCIAL
ISOLATION WHICH IS THE ABSENCE OF
INTERACTIONS BETWEEN FAMILY MEMBERS

SUGGEST THAT KIND OF CONNECTION OR
RELATION MAKES AN INDIVIDUAL FEELS
ISOLATEDD LEADING TO A SUPERFICIAL AND

TECHNOLOGIES THAT CREATE INNOVATIONS AND
CHANGES IN THE SOCIETY MAY REDUCE HUMAN
CREATIVITY AND INTELLIGENCE.

EMERGING TECHNOLOGICAL
ETHICAL DILIMMAS
1. REAL TIME SATELLITE SURVEILLANCE
IMAGERY
-advancement of technologies brought down the
prices of acquiring new satellites but also made them
smaller. This satellites is helpful in planning and
solving humanitarian problems.
2. COLONIZING MARS: AN ASTRONAUT BIOTICS
-NASA and Mars one are working together to
colonize the Mars but there are some risk in
establishing such colony.
3. WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY
-global companies developed several wearable
technology to suit human behavior and activities. This
technology have beneficial functions in the field of
education and health but they may expose private details
of our lives.
6. NON-LETHAL WEAPON
-weapons that are not designed to kill like laser
missiles, blinding weapons, pain rays, sonic weapons,
electric weapons, heat rays, disabling malodorants, as
well as gases and sprays. Can also be used in torture.
7. ROBOT SWARMS
-Harvard university have focused on the development
of “kilobots” a group of robots capable of doing simple
task without the intervention of humans. This robots can
cause harm and accident if they malfunction.
