ASSESSMENT OF COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS
1. Attention and concentration:
• Cognitive process in which a specific stimulus will be selected, filtered
among the existing stimuli.

b. Color and digit cancellation test
2. Perception
• Cognitive ability in which the objective entity will be subjectively
interpreted meaningfully.
