CONTRACT WITH THE CLIENT
This contract is made effective as of February 24,2021 , by and between
THYNNE’S EVENTS, CO. Events Management to, Dr. Gloria . Lacson and
following our meeting last February 10, 2021 during which we discussed
that you will retain us as your wedding planner.
Description of Services includes:
•At least 4 consultations with you via telephone
•Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
•Discussion of theme
•Up to 12 hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the
planning process
As the client, you will rely on us to work as many hours as necessary to
fulfill our obligations under this agreement.

Terms and Conditions
• I understand that the role of THYNNE’S EVENTS, CO. will be that of advisor and
coordinator. We will make the final selection of service providers.
• Payments are to be made as follows ( cash basis)
• First payment: After signing this agreement: Down Payment of 20%
• Second payment: Two days before the planning and preparing starts: 70%
• Third payment: Two days before the event: remaining balance
• It is our responsibility to notify us with any changes. THYNNE’S EVENTS, CO. will not
be held responsible and liable for any changes that you made or your service
provider.
• On the event, a coordinator will be on site.The event planner will work with you as
needed
• The Client accepts responsibility for purchasing items needed for the reception. If the
family requests any special provisions or services from the Event Planner, these
details shall be submitted in writing no late than three weeks prior to the
destination wedding. The details and fee structure will then be noted in an
addendum to this contract
• The Event Planner, together with his/her agents, shall not be held responsible if there
will be compensation or damages during the event. The contingency fund will be use
if this will suffice for any damages or loss.
• If any of the suppliers had backed up during event, the Event Planner shall have
immediate replacement with or without prior notice of the client and its
consequences in case of additional payment.

THIS AGREEMENT will serve as the contract for the services the Februay 27 , 2021 located at 2025
MALGAPO ST San Vicente Gapan City, NE supplier for the upcoming event, this contract is made as of
the 20h day of, THYNNE’S EVENTS, CO. ,and Consuelo’s Filipino – Chinese Restaurant, _____(Supplier
Company), located at _Sta Rosa Gapan City, Nueva Ecija will be there to serve this event and will not
take any cancellation of the contract “two weeks” before the event, the supplier and THYNNE’S
EVENTS, CO. will be bound.
WHEREAS, the Company is organizing a “Dr. Gloria D. Lacson College Js promenade” Event to be held on
or about the 27 day of FEBRUARY, 2021, The Dr. Gloria D. Lacson College Js promenade
TERMS AND CONDITION:
In this contract, THYNNE’S EVENTS, CO. and their affiliates will not held responsible for any liability,
lost or stolen or damaged merchandise and equipment.
The supplier is bound to serve the event when the contract is already agreed.
Both parties must be informed in any emergency situation/problems two weeks before the event.
NOW THEREFORE: in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained hereon, the
adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, the CONSUELO RESTAURANT __(Supplier Company) and
THYNNE’S EVENTS, CO. agree as follows.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH THE CLIENT
This event contract states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual
agreement between THYNNE’S Events Co. having its principal business in
THYNNE’S Events 2025 Malgapo St. San Vicente, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija
and Mrs. Amanda Buenaventura who agrees to be bound by this contract.
WHEREAS, the client is conducting their JS Promenade on February 27, 2021;
and
WHEREAS, the company agrees to manage the event according to the terms and
conditions herein
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises
made by the parties within this contract, the company and the client covenant and
agree as follows:
1. COMPANY DUTIES. The company shall handle the management and planning
duties for the event in the manner described on schedule attached hereto.

2. PAYMENT. The total cost to be paid to the company by the client for services
hereunder shall be P 245,640.00 for 200pax, an additional of P500.00 per head if
the guest exceeded. Prices are exclusive of VAT and rates are subject to change
without prior notice.
3. CANCELLATIONS. In the event circumstances change and the client must
cancel the Event, the company will make its best effort to modify its planning to
reflect the client’s needs. However, the Client agrees and acknowledges that a
change in short notice may cause severe complications for the company and thus the
client shall forfeit its deposit in the amount of P10,000 in the event, the client must
cancel the event at least two weeks before the stated date of event.
4. PROMOTION. The Client hereby authorizes the Company to utilize the Client’s
logo and associated trademarks as well as any media, photos, or footage from the
event, in promoting the company’s services.
5. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING. No modification of this Contract
shall be valid unless in writing and agreed by both parties.

6. CONTINGENCY FUND EXCESS. In the event where Contingency Fund is
not utilized or in excess of the utilization, the 75% of unutilized contingency
fund shall be awarded to the events management team and the other 25% will
be a refund to the client.
7. APPLICABLE LAW. This Contract and the interpretation of its terms shall
be governed by and constituted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the parties has executed this Contract, both
parties by its duly authorized officer, as of the day and year set for below.
