CURRENT BUSINESS STRATEGIES
• Axis bank focus on subsidiaries for growth:
They believe a lot of these positives, including expectations of steep improvement in asset quality,
are adequately baked into Axis Bank’s stock valuations. The stock needs fresh triggers for re-rating to
progress. A critical aspect, which could secure a steady upward movement, will be improved value
addition from Axis bank subsidiaries.
• It urges customers to use net banking, mobile app instead of visiting branches:
While we are always 'Dil se Open' for you at all our branches, you may want to avoid going to a
branch at this juncture. This is a great time for you to try our best-in-class digital solutions. Axis Bank
has digital channels like internet banking, mobile apps and chatbot which enable our customers to
reach the bank anytime and from anywhere, "A senior-level team has been activated more than a
month back to monitor the situation across the country and take steps towards uninterrupted services
for customers and business continuity," said Chaudhry.
• Axis Bank brings its brand philosophy through a new
campaign:
Axis Bank launches ‘Dil Se Open’, a campaign that unveils its new brand
philosophy. However, in spite of the rapid strides towards digital banking, when
it comes to personal investments, customers still prefer personal attention and the
timeless human touch. The latest campaign, Open, echoes this very philosophy,
which has been the guiding principle for Axis Bank all through. Some of these
initiatives have resulted in Axis Bank achieving a complaints ratio of 0.29 per
1000 customers; far lower than the industry benchmark of 0.40.
