The HCNA-CC includes, but is not limited to the solutions in common use, component functions, service flows, monitoring and QC at the basic
level.
With a HCNA-CC certification, a network professional demonstrates the skills required to plan and deploy Huawei contact center solutions and
the technology of mainstream contact centers.
Engineers who are HCNA-CC certified, are recognized as having competency in CC engineer or system administrator roles; possess CC
basic principles and skills, have mastered the capabilities of installation, deployment and basic maintenance to Huawei CC products; and have
the capabilities of management, operation maintenance, and simple troubleshooting for Huawei CC solutions.
