• The recruitment process of new employees via consultant or sub
contractor
• Employees to handle the existing workloads
• Co-ordination for getting the written approval for addition of new
positions, hiring of sub contractors and staff reassignments
• Training of the new employees
• Recruitment of employees for short term duration
Solutions for the Issues faced in Scenario 1
• Internal Recruitment via Job Posting - announce a job opening was to post notice of the job on the
HR bulletin board or send e-mails to all employees about the new job opportunity
• Employee Referrals - Current employees can play an important role in recruiting new employees,
and some organizations pay a bonus to employees for successful referrals
• External Recruitment – Tie up with Recruitment Agencies, walk in interviews, advertise the open
position in local newspapers, trade journals, radio and television
• Short duration projects – via consultant or sub contractor
• New position to be recruited – Training Officer, Data Privacy Officer, Application Testing Team,
Sales and Promotion Team
• First we have to select the employees from internal positions
• As there are chances of having short term project duration, we can hire interns as well and based
on their performance, we can provide them with pre placement offer
• No existing employees should be terminated without prior information
